Between October 27 to December 21 Public Organization "Kova" in partnership with other originations “GIPI"(Dushanbe) and  Public organization "Matema” (Kurgan-Tube region), with financial support from the UN World Food Programme (FAO, Project FP/901/EC/2010/04, osro/taj/901/ec) implemented a project to train basic computer skills to employees of veterinary services of Tajikistan. Within this project totally 78 veterinary specialists were trained  in the country.

The goal of the project is to improve knowledge of customs officers in the field of ICT. Totally   within the project 220 customs officers from Sughd Department were trained.

The mission of the project was: To introduce (implement) innovative (using Internet resources) technologies in involvement  of city citizens  in the creating/adoption of policies . Internal electronic document processing.

The mission of the project is fully connecting Khujand local governance office with each other through W-Fi network, recreation of government website: www.khujand.tj

The mission of the project was - capacity building of education institutions of Sughd region in effective use of ICT. Conducting a set of specialized trainings for teachers on interactive teaching methods with use of ICT resources.

В процессе деятельности ОО ЦИТ «Кова» тесно сотрудничает с местными исполнительными органами государственной власти Согдийской области и города Худжанда.

The mission of the project was - to improve knowledge of health facilities staff members of Sughd region in the field of information and communication technologies. The project conducted trainings for 288 medical workers of primary services and Sughd Department of Health.

In parallel with the project "Mobile consultants" were carried out training activities to improve the level of knowledge among staff members of civil society institutions.

Within Information Programme, funded by TF OSI-AF (Soros Foundation in Tajikistan) under the project “Mobile consultants” in April 2005 there were organized mobile team of consultants.
